By combining contextual awareness of your program’s data with a conversational interface, the agent empowers you to streamline workflows, uncover insights faster, and stay in control of your program with less effort.

How to Use the Agent
Follow these simple steps to get started with the chat-based agent:
- Start a conversation
Access the agent through the agent button in the navigation, or through an intelligent prompt in the UI. Type your request or question directly into the chat. For example, you might ask the agent to “show me vendors with outstanding assessments” or “start a new risk evaluation for ACME Corp.”

The agent is contextually aware, and may provide guided prompts based on the page you're on or the content you're viewing. For example, this call to action appears in risk advisories, to help you understand and respond to potential vulnerabilities.

The agent uses your program’s data—such as vendor information, risk scores, assessment history, and monitoring insights—to interpret your request and determine the best next step. - Review and refine
The agent may ask clarifying questions or offer suggested actions. For example, it might present options like “review and modify access” or “analyze impact and take action.” You can refine your query or confirm the suggested course of action. - Take action
Once confirmed, the agent will execute the task—whether that’s generating a report, updating records, or surfacing relevant analysis—and present the results in real time.
